Childbirth and Pregnancy Education Classes

From learning about stages of labor and options for care, to getting the basic information about newborns, childbirth and pregnancy education classes are a great way to get ready for parenthood. Eligible UCare members may be able to take classes for free.* Classes are offered through clinics, hospitals, and other health agencies. No referral from a provider is needed.

• Cesarean Preparation
• Breastfeeding Basics

*Register by phone and provide your UCare member ID number. If you are asked to pay in advance please call UCare Customer Services to get a referral for another class.
