Earn a reward for completing a prenatal visit during your first trimester or within 42 days of becoming a UCare member. After your baby is born, schedule a postpartum doctor visit for yourself (at least one visit between 1 and 12 weeks).

Classes may be available through your clinic or hospital at no additional charge to help you through pregnancy and childbirth. Talk to your doctor or midwife or call UCare Customer Service at the number on the back of your UCare member ID card.

Discover resources that can help you with breastfeeding. Talk to your doctor or midwife about breastfeeding support available in your community. You may be eligible for a breast pump from UCare at no additional charge.

Eligible members who are pregnant or children under age 8 may receive a car seat and safety education at no additional charge from the UCare SEATS Program.*

Get support throughout your pregnancy and your baby’s first year with helpful text messages on topics like prenatal care, baby health, parenting and more at no additional cost. Standard message and data rates may apply; check with your data provider.

Call the Pregnancy Advisor Nurse Line to get expert advice, support, answers to your pregnancy questions and referrals to additional resources.

To contact the Pregnancy Advisor Nurse Program, call toll-free 1-855-260-9708 (TTY 711) from 9 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday.

If your pregnancy may be considered at- or high-risk, talk to a pregnancy advisor nurse about enrolling in the Pregnancy Advisor Nurse Program. A nurse will call you throughout your pregnancy to listen and provide support.

Earn a $25 reward for calling the UCare tobacco and nicotine quit line during your pregnancy or during your baby’s first year. It’s important to you and your baby’s health. To earn your reward:

• Call the quit line 24 hours a day, seven days a week toll-free at 1-855-260-9713 (TTY 711).
• Provide your UCare member ID number and estimated due date (if you’re pregnant) or your baby’s birth date.
• After completing the session, the quit line will notify UCare and your reward will be sent.

Reward offer applies to current members who complete an initial call with the Quit Smoking Program. Limit one reward per pregnancy. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Benefits may change each year.
