Medicare Supplement plans don’t include Medicare Part D outpatient prescription drug coverage. If you want prescription drug coverage, you’ll need to purchase a stand-alone Part D plan.

$212 monthly premium for non-tobacco users
$244 monthly premium for tobacco users
After Medicare pays its share, your plan covers:
- Part A inpatient hospitalization, after you meet the deductible
- Skilled nursing facility care up to 100 days per benefit period
- Part B eligible expenses, after you meet the deductible
- 80% of covered charges for emergency care while traveling outside U.S.
- First three pints of blood
- 100% of Part B charges for covered immunizations and routine screenings
- Cost sharing for eligible Part A hospice and respite care expenses
- One Pass fitness program, including gym membership, online classes, at-home fitness kits, brain training and social events
- Optional riders available for Medicare Part A inpatient hospital deductible, Medicare Part B deductible (only available to those eligible for Medicare prior to 1/1/2020), Part B excess charges and preventive medical care (non-Medicare covered)
