If you have received a denial letter but you do not have a bill from the provider, please note we are working with the providers and you will receive an updated EOB once the claim has reprocessed.

Known Issue:
Starting in 2024, you must pay your premium by the last day of the month. If you haven’t paid your premium by this date, your balance on the first day of the next month will include both the past due amount and the amount due for that month’s premium. For example, if your premium is 100 dollars and you haven’t paid it by the due date, on the first day of the next month, your UCare account will show a 200-dollar balance. To bring your account current, you’d only need to pay the past due amount of 100 dollars.
