Your UCare Individual & Family Plan offers convenient walk-in and online options for care and medical advice when dealing with a minor illness or common conditions.
Convenience care (retail)
Get care quickly at walk-in or virtual visits to convenience clinics, often in retail stores, grocery stores and pharmacies. Search for convenience clinics near you.
Convenience care is a good option to treat common injuries and illnesses, including:
- Ear infections
- Sinus infection and congestion
- Strep throat
- Urinary tract and bladder infections
- Small blisters and cuts
- Vaccinations
Online care (e-visits)
Available 24/7, online care (e-visits) are a good option to treat many common conditions, including:
- Acne
- Allergies
- Cold, cough and flu
- Pink eye
- Bug bites
Telehealth/telemedicine visits for your primary care, mental health or other provider visit is not the same as online care (e-visits) online care providers. Online care is for treating minor conditions (common cold, allergies, etc.) and appointments are not needed. See the Online Care (e-visits) section in your UCare Member Contract for more information.
